1. Відповідно до підпункту 3 пункту 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» з метою покращення якості закупівлі, за умови, що таке покращення не произведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі, згідно листа виробника від 27.03.2018 року за № 59/3028 замінити ДИПРОФОЛ® емульсія д/ін'єк. 1% 20мл № 5 амп. у кількості 80 упаковок, який тимчасово відсутній, на ДИПРОФОЛ® ЕДТА емульсія д/інф. 10мг/мл 20 мл № 5 амп., як аналог з покращенням якості (загальна кількість доз при цьому не змінюється). та затвердити нову редакцію Специфікації до Договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти № 232 від 20 березня 2018 року. З моменту підписання Сторонами нової редакції Специфікації попередня редакція Специфікації припиняє свою дію.
