Керуючись п.2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – Код за ДК 021:2015 CPV – 03410000-7 Деревина (Дрова для опалення твердих порід), не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливання ціни такого товару на ринку та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору. У разі зміни договору зобов’язання сторін змінюються відповідно до змінених умов щодо предмета, місця, строків виконання тощо.
