Керуючись вимогами пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли спільного висновку про необхідність внесення наступних змін до Договору:
1. Доповнити Договір пунктом 11.8 наступного змісту:
«11.8. З врахуванням положення п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Договір вважається пролонгованим до 31 березня 2019 року на час, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі.».

«11.8. З врахуванням положення п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Договір вважається пролонгованим до 31 березня 2019 року на час, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, і яка складає 8362,90 грн. (вісім тисяч триста шістдесят дві грн. 90 коп., в тому числі 1393,82 грн.»
