Note:
Згідно Довідки Харківської торгово-промислової палати від 02 березня 2021р. № 518/21 відбулося коливання ціни електричної енергії на ринку у бік збільшення на 11% і становить 2,1695688 грн.(з ПДВ) за 1 кВт*год. Керуючись положеннями п.2, ч. 5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п.13.9 Розділу 13 Договору, для виконання умови, щоб зазначена зміна ціни не призвела до збільшення суми визначеної в договорі, є необхідність зменшити, обсяг надання послуги на 31 184,62 кВт*год без зміни загальної вартості Договору.

Згідно п. 2 ч. 5 статті 41 закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.13.9, Договору, Сторони домовились, що ціна за 1 кВт-год електричної енергії становить 2,345076 грн. з ПДВ. У результаті скорочення обсягів закупівлі, загальна сума договору зменшується на 1,81 грн. у тому числі ПДВ і становить 852 238,19 грн., у тому числі ПДВ - 142 039,70 грн.
