Відповідно до ч. 6 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII та п. 9.3 розділу 9 Договору Сторони Додатковою угодою № 2 від 30.12.2022 продовжили дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю.
Даною додатковою угодою Сторони домовилися внести зміни до п. 1 Додаткової угоди № 2 від 30.12.2022: встановити обсяг та суму закупівлі.

Виправлення опису причини змін щодо оприлюдненої додаткової угоди №3 від 13.01.2023 (оприлюднено повторно).
