1.Сторони домовились зменшити обсяг предмета договору, внести зміни до Договору №172-М від 16 травня 2025 року (далі — Договір), зменшивши суму Договору на 252 340,00 грн. (двісті п'ятдесят дві тисячі триста сорок гривень 00 коп.) і викласти п.3.2. Договору в такій редакції:
«п.3.2. Загальна ціна цього Договору становить: 137 020,00 гривень (сто тридцять сім тисяч двадцять гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.»
2.В зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягу товару Додаток №1 (Специфікація) до Договору викласти в новій редакції (додається).
