Керуючись ч. 6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити дію договору на строк, достаній для проведення закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, у звязку з цім збільшити суму договору на 101124.59 грн (сто одна тисяча сто двадцять чотири грн 59 коп) у т.ч. ПДВ 1996.53 (одна тисяча девятсот девяносто шість грн 53 коп)
