Відповідно до бюджетного кодексу України та у зв'язку з прийняттям Закону України "Про державний бюджет на 2021 рік " сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 40 000.00 грн.(Сорок тисяч гривень 00 копійок),за рахунок збільшення обсягів споживання електричної енергії. Вартість пслугз цим оговорм становить 66 500.00 грн.(Шістьдесят шість тисяч п'ятсот гривень 00 копійок) .,в тому числі ПДВ 11 083.34 грн. Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до вимог пункту 7 ч.2 статті 3 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі".
