Замовник та Виконавець, керуючись нормами Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 40 від 25.02.2019 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, та викласти пункт 2.2 розділу 2 «Строк надання послуг» та пункт 11.1 розділу 11 «Заключні положення» в наступній редакції: «2.2. Строки надання послуг – з дати укладення договору до 01.04.2020 року». «11.1. Цей договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання повноважними представниками Сторін та діє до 01.04.2020 року, а у частині розрахунків до повного виконання зобов’язань. Закінчення строку дії Договору не звільняє Сторін від виконання зобов’язань, які лишились невиконаними».
