Зміни до істотних умов договору згідно з частиною четвертою та п’ятою статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі". (На підставі п. 6 розділу Х. Прикінцеві та перехідні положення Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»). Ціна Додаткової угоди складає: 107 740,29 грн (сто сім тисяч сімсот сорок грн 29 коп.) з ПДВ, 89 783,57 грн (вісімдесят дев’ять тисяч сімсот вісімдесят три грн 57 коп.) без ПДВ, ПДВ – 17 956,72 грн (сімнадцять тисяч дев’ятсот п’ятдесят шість грн 72 коп.), що не перевищує 20% від ціни Договору. Термін постачання електричної енергії за цією Додатковою угодою: з 01 січня 2021 року до 31 січня 2021 року.
