На підставі п. 8 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII зі змінами: «8) зміни умов у зв’язку із застосуванням положень частини п’ятої цієї статті.» - Збільшено суму договору на 11 994,70 грн. (одинадцять тисяч дев`ятсот дев`яносто чотири гривнi 70 копiйок. - Ціна цього Договору становить 71 968,20 грн. (сiмдесят одна тисяча дев`ятсот шiстдесят вiсiм гривень 20 копiйок), з ПДВ., у т.ч. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2018 році – 11 994,70 грн. (одинадцять тисяч дев`ятсот дев`яносто чотири гривнi 70 копiйок). - Збільшено кількість товару на 200 фл.
