Note:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди, що у період дії воєнного стану на території України. Постачальник продає Споживачу електричну енергію, ДК 021:2015 - 09310000-5 - Електрична енергія (електрична енергія), для забезпечення потреб електроустановок Споживача за спеціальною вартістю - 0.01 гри. (нуль гривень одна копійка) з ПДВ на розрахунковий період місяця лютий, не залежно від обсягу споживання електричної енергії. Ціна за такими операціями формується шляхом ділення вартості електричної енергії на загальний обсяг споживання електричної енергії у розрахунковому місяці.
2. Постачання електричної енергії за спеціальною вартістю залежить від наявних фінансових ресурсів Постачальника. Постачальник може в односторонньому порядку, без будь- яких наслідків та відповідальності для нього, припинити продаж електричної енергії за спеціальною вартістю, без будь-якого додаткового повідомлення Споживача та продовжувати постачання електричної енергії за вартістю , яка обумовлена умовами договору №2035 про пос тачання електричної енергії
3. Керуючись ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України, Сторони узгодили, що постачання електричної енергії на умовах цієї додаткової угоди здійснюється з 24.02.2022 р
