Відповідно до п. 8 ч. 4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», ст. ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України та керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №62358015 ПУ-Т119 від 20.02.2019 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
