Керуючись п. 2 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», на підставі п.п. 2 п. 11.2 розділу ХІ Договору, сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до договору №30/31 від 25 березня 2021 року і викласти зміни у вигляді даної додаткової угоди. Збільшити ціни: бензину А-92 до рівня 27,44 грн./л; дизельного палива до рівня 26,32 грн./л. Викласти в новій редакції Додаток №1 до Договору №30/31 від 25 березня 2021 року.

Збільшити ціни: бензину А-92 до рівня 27,84 грн./л; дизельного палива до рівня 26,55 грн./л. Викласти в новій редакції Додаток №1 до Договору №30/31 від 25 березня 2021 року.
