1.Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі згідно Договору, відповідно пункт 1.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«1.2.Найменування послуг: послуги їдалень (Чортківський ліцей №1 імені Маркіяна Шашкевича Чортківської міської ради). Орієнтовна кількість: 6574 обіди».
2. Сторони дійшли згоди цією Угодою зменшити суму Договору № 8 від 29 січня 2024 року (далі – Договір) на 160002,00 (сто шістдесят тисяч) гривень 00 копійок. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 354996,00 (триста п’ятдесят чотири тисячі дев’ятсот дев’яносто шість) грн. 00 копійок., без ПДВ.
