Договору, яким передбачено можливість покращення якості предмета закупівлі за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, дійшли взаємної згоди покращити якість предмета закупівлі без збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю та викласти додаток №1 до Договору (Специфікацію) у новій редакції (додається).
Викласти додаток №2 до Договору "Технічні характеристики товару" та додаток № 3 до Договору "Перелік документів якості" у новій редакції (додаються).
Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
