Внесено зміни до п. 11.1. розділу Х1 « Строк дії Договору та інші умови» та викладено в наступній редакції «Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками (за наявності) Сторін і діє в частині постачання газу з 01 лютого 2017 року до 31 грудня 2017 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення». У зв’язку зі зменшенням суми Договору на 48796.26 (сорок вісім тисяч сімсот дев’яносто шість грн. 26 коп.). п.3.6 розділу III Договору викласти в наступній редакції: Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і складає: 303669,26 (триста три тисячі шістсот шістдесят дев’ять грн. 26 коп.), крім того ПДВ 20% - 60733,85 (шістдесят тисяч сімсот тридцять три грн. 85 коп.) разом з ПДВ 364403,11 (триста шістдесят чотири тисячі чотириста три грн.11 коп.). В тому числі на перший квартал: 85836,7(вісімдесят п’ять тисяч вісімсот тридцять шість грн. 70 коп.), крім того ПДВ 20% - 17167,34(сімнадцять тисяч сто шістдесят сім грн. 34 коп.) разом з ПДВ 103004,04 (сто три тисячі чотири грн. 04 коп.). 2.
