Note:
Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VІІI «Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку», а саме: 183000,00 грн. (сто вісімдесят три тисячі гривень 00 коп). Обсяг: 16,430 тис.м.куб. Згідно з ч. 3 ст. 631 ЦКУ - «Сторони можуть встановити, що умови договору застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли до його укладення». Умови даної угоди поширюються на відносини, що виникли з 01.01.2018 і діють до 31.03.2018
