Note:
На підставі п. 2 ч. 4. ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи коливання ціни на ринку природного газу за одиницю продукції. Сторони вирішили внести зміни у пункт 4.2. Договору, а саме: Ціна природного газу за 1 000 м. куб. з урахуванням компенсації вартості послуг доступу до потужності, податків та зборів передбачених чинним законодавством України, з 01 жовтня 2019 року становить 9 488 грн. 63 коп. Сума договору залишається без змін. Додаток 2 до Договору «Договірні обсяги постачання природного газу на 2019 рік» викласти його у наступній редакції: «Постачальник здійснює протягом 2019 року постачання природного газу Споживачеві для власного споживання в обсязі 68,638 тис. куб. м, у тому числі за місяцями та кварталами. В розділі XI Договору «Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін» адресу і реквізити Постачальника викласти у наступній редакції. Більш детально вказано у Додатковій угоді №4/19. Джерело фінансування кошти місцевого бюджету
