У зв'язку наявністю об'єктивних обставин обумовлених введенням воєнного стану в Україні відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24.02.2022 №64/2022 затвердженого Законом України 24.02.2022 №2102-IX «Про затвердження Указу «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні», на підставі п. 8.7. Договору та п. 4 р. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору на виконання робіт №1 від 24.12.2021 року погодивши строк виконання робіт до 31.12.2022 року в межах строку дії договору.
