Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", враховуючи коливання ціни на ринку природного газу за одиницю продукції, Сторони вирішили внести зміни у пункт 3.2 Договору, а саме: Ціна природного газу за 1000 м.куб. з урахуванням компенсації вартості послуг доступу до потужності податків та зборів передбачених чинним законодавством України, з 01 липня 2021 року становить 11535 грн. 00 коп.
