1. Враховуючи об’єктивні обставини, викладені у листі Підрядника за Вих. № 2924 від 26.05.2026 року, а саме: проходження коригування проектно-кошторисної документації, зумовленої наявністю об’єктивної потреби у виконанні додаткових робіт, які не були враховані первинною проєктно-кошторисною документацією. Зазначені додаткові роботи невід’ємно пов’язані з предметом Договору, а їх виконання є технологічно необхідним для забезпечення належної якості, надійності, безпеки будівництва та подальшої успішної здачі Об’єкта в експлуатацію, Сторони дійшли згоди відповідно до пп. 4 п. 19 Особливостей продовжити строк виконання робіт та викласти в новій редакції п. 3.1. Договору: «Термін виконання робіт до 31.08.2026 року з правом дострокового виконання робіт за умови надходження коштів з бюджету. 2. Викласти в новій редакції Додаток 1 – Календарний графік виконання робіт; Додаток 4 – План фінансування будівництва
