Зміни до п. 4.2. Розділу 4 «ТЕРМІНИ ТА МІСЦЕ ВИКОНАННЯ РОБІТ» Договору : «4.2. Строк виконання робіт встановлюється згідно з Графіком: до 30.06.2021 р.».
Викладені в новій редакції Додаток до договору №2 «Графік виконання робіт» та Додаток № 3 «План фінансування будівництва».
Зміни до п. 13.1. Розділу 13 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору: «Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими особами Сторін і діє до 30.06.2021 р., але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором. Закінчення строку дії Договору не звільняє ПІДРЯДНИКА від виконання гарантійних обов’язків по Договору.»
