Note:
1. Відповідно до пункту 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі п. 4.4. договору на підставі зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, Сторони дійшли згоди про зменшення суми договору на 725 716,90 грн. (сімсот двадцять п’ять тисяч сімсот шістнадцять грн. 90 копійок).
2. Внести зміни в п. 3.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна договору становить: 1 274 075,58 грн. (один мільйон двісті сімдесят чотири тисячі сімдесят п’ять грн. 58 копійок.), в т. ч. ПДВ 212 345,93 грн. (двісті дванадцять тисяч триста сорок п’ять грн. 93 копійок)».
