Компанія Kavlico Corporation, філіал Sensata Technologies Inc., Kavlico Aerospace Division та Sensata Technologies знаходяться в одному Головному офісі, за однією юридичною адресою: 1461 Lawrence Drive 91320, Thousand Oaks, California, USA.
2. Сторони домовились, що Покупець протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів після підписання даної Додаткової угоди, здійснить оплату в розмірі 100% вартості Товару, згідно виставленого Продавцем рахунку.
3. Умови, не передбачені даною Додатковою угодою № 2 від 03.03.2020 р., визначаються Контрактом № AN-KAV-10/18 від 10.10.2018 року.
