1. На підставі п. 3.5. Договору № 1121М/2019 від 22.01.2019р. збільшити платіжні призначення за Договором № 1121М/2019 від 22.01.2019р.в сумі 2581,66 грн. (Дві тисячі п’ятсот вісімдесят одна грн. 66 коп.). Зобов’язання за Договору № 1121М/2019 від 22.01.2019р. становлять 247181,66 грн. (Двісті сорок сім тисяч сто вісімдесят одна грн. 66 коп.) 2. На підставі п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та керуючись п. 1.3. Договору 1121М/2019 від 22.01.2019р. зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника та зменшити суму Договору на 64682,34 грн. (Шістдесят чотири тисячі шістсот вісімдесят дві грн. 34 коп.) та викласти п. 3.1. Договору № 1121М/2019 від 22.01.2019р. в наступній редакції: “3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить – 247181,66 грн. (Двісті сорок сім тисяч сто вісімдесят одна грн. 66 коп.) з ПДВ. 3. На підставі п. 10.3. Договору № 1121М/2019 від 22.01.2019р. та керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» продовжити дію Договору № 1121М/2019 від 22.01.2019р. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків від суми, визначеної в Договорі № 1121М/2019 від 22.01.2019р.
