Керуючись ч. 6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити дію договору на строк, достаній для проведення закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, у звязку з цім збільшити суму договору на 203290 грн 30 коп (двісті три тисячі двісті дев'яносто грн 30 коп) у т.ч. ПДВ 4010 грн 10 ком (чотири тисячі десят грн 30 коп)
