1. Пункт 1. викласти в наступній редакції: Сума Договору складає 9 834 121,59 грн (дев'ять мільйонів вісімсот тридцять чотири тисячі сто двадцять одна грн 59 к. у т. ч. ПДВ 20% 1 639 020,26 грн (один мільйон шістсот тридцять дев'ять тисяч двадцять грн 26к.).
2. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін, та Сторони підтверджують свої зобов'язання за ним.
3. Ця Додаткова угода складена українською мовою в двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу – по одному для кожної Сторони.
4. Ця Додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту її підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін, та є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
