У зв'язку з особливим режимом роботи та відповідно до вимог Постанови КМУ № 211 від 11.03.2020р. та п. 4 ч .4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору, виклавши п.5.1 розділу V. Поставка товарів у наступній редакції: Строк поставки товару- до 30.06.2020р. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують за ними свої зобов"язання.
