Note:
Сторони, керуючись нормами Бюджетного кодексу України, п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 3.3 Договору № 3105044 Р від 22.12.2021 року (далі - Договір), а також згодою Сторін, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно суму договору на 72,00 гривень з ПДВ.
2. Пункт 3.2 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «3.2 Ціна договору становить 26371,60 грн з ПДВ.
