1. Внести зміни в розділ I Договору №235 від 26.01.2022 р на постачання теплової енергії викласти в наступній редакції:
1.2 Згідно затвердженого кошторису на 2022 рік ціна договору становить
30350,93 грн. (тридцять тисяч триста пятдесят грн 93 коп. ) в т.ч. ПДВ 6070,19 грн
2. Додаткова угода набуває чинності з дати підписання і діє протягом дії Договору.
3. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, кожний з яких має однакову юридичну силу і є невід ємною частиною Договору
4. Всі інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
