Note:
Уповноваженою особою було виявлено технічну помилку у закупівлі № UA-2021-10-18-007714-c при публікації змін до Договору №1 від 14 грудня 2021 року, а саме не внесення відомостей про термін до якого продовжено договір, договір продовжено до 31.12.2022 року.
У зв’язку з тим, що система Prozorro не дає технічної можливості виправити зазначену помилку шляхом коригування терміну до якого продовжено договір згідно Додаткової угоди №1 від 15 грудня 2021 року до Договору №1 від 14 грудня 2021 року, з метою дотримання принципів здійснення публічних закупівель – відкритості та прозорості, необхідно прийняти рішення про виправлення технічної помилки у закупівлі № UA-2021-10-18-007714-c, а саме виправлення відомостей про термін до якого продовжено договір.
