У відповідності до ст.ст. 651-653 ЦКУ, п. 10.3 даного Договору, уклали додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Кількість поставленої Деревини (дрова паливні) за даною угодою складає 90 м. куб.
2. Сума угоди складає 45000,00 грн (Сорок п’ять тисяч гривень, 00 копійок)
3. Місце та орієнтовний обсяг поставки товару: Березнянська ЗОШ І-ІІІ ст. - 30 м. куб. (смт. Березна вул. Домницька, 18); Волосківська ЗОШ І-ІІ ст. -10 м. куб. (с. Волосківці вул. Першого травня, 36); Покровська ЗОШ І-ІІІ ст. – 30 м. куб. (с. Покровське вул. Сіверська, 46), Степанівський МНВК (с. Степанівка, вул. Шкільна, 18) – 20 м. куб.
Всього: 90 м. куб.
4. Решта умов Договору залишаються без змін.
5. Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання і діє до 1 квітня 2019 року.»
