Note:
1. Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651, 653, та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 2 від 26.12.2019р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить 125 208,00 грн (сто двадцять п’ять тис. двісті вісім грн) в т.ч. ПДВ 20 868,00 грн. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає: 25 041,60 (двадцять п’ять тис. сорок одна грн. 60 коп) в т.ч. ПДВ 4 173,60 грн. згідно специфікації (Додаток 1),
