У зв'язку із збільшенням обсягів робіт, передбачених у "Завданні на проектування" (зі змінами) та оплатою Підрядником вартості експертизи проекту, внести зміни до п. 3.1. Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції: "Вартість робіт, визначених в п.1.1. цього Договору, становить 831 721 грн. 43 коп. (Вісімсот тридцять одна тисяча сімсот двадцять одна грн. 43 коп.), крім того ПДВ 20%- 166 344 грн. 29 коп. (Сто шістдесят шість тисяч триста сорок чотири грн. 29 коп.), всього з ПДВ- 998 065 грн. 72 коп. (Дев'ятсот дев'яносто вісім тисяч шістдесят п'ять грн. 72 коп.) відповідно до кошторисного розрахунку, Додаток №3, що є невід'ємною частиною цього договору, у тому числі: вартість робіт на 2018 рік становить 599 264 грн. 96 коп. (п'ятсот дев'яносто дев'ять тисяч двісті шістдесят чотири грн. 96 коп.) з ПДВ.
