Керуючись ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922 – VIII, Сторони дійшли згоди про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку, у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку - хліба з борошна пшеничного вищого ґатунку за Договором № 95 від «07» травня 2021 року. З «01» вересня 2021 року ціна становить 23,33 грн. (Двадцять три гривні 33 копійки, без ПДВ) за 1 кг хліба з борошна пшеничного вищого ґатунку.
