Замовник та Постачальник, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 166 від 27.09.2022 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.Предметом поставки є Товар визначений Постачальником та Замовником у Специфікації із зазначенням номенклатури, найменування та кількість, ціна за одиницю виробника. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 23 460,00 без ПДВ.
