Продовжити дію договору у 2021 році на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на суму 26 804,16 грн (двадцять шість тисяч вісімсот чотири грн 16 коп)з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в цьому договорі 134 020,80 грн (сто тридцять чотири тисячі двадцять грн 80 коп) з ПДВ.
2. Договір на підставі ч.3 ст.631 Цмвільного кодексу України, набуває чинності з 01.01.2021 року та діє по 01.03.2021 року, а в частині розрахунку до повного виконання договірних зобовязань.
