1.На підставі Ухвали сесії ЛМР №313 від 11.03.2021р.:
1. 1Внести зміни до розділу 3 «Ціна договору» та викласти його в наступній редакції:
“3.1. Договірна ціна на момент укладення Договору є твердою і становить: 2 576 516,40 грн. (Два мільйони п’ятсот сімдесят шість тисяч п’ятсот шістнадцять грн. 40коп) в тому числі ПДВ 20% 429 419,40 грн.
3.2. Вартість виконаних робіт по даному Договору та профінансованих в межах бюджетного фінансування у 2020 р. становить 394 236,00грн (триста дев'яносто чотири тисячі двісті тридцять шість грн. 00коп).в т.ч. ПДВ 20 % - 65706,00 грн.
Вартість робіт по договору в межах бюджетного фінансування на 2021 рік становить 2182280,40 грн. (два мільйони сто вісімдесят дві тисячі двісті вісімдесят грн. 40 коп. ) в т.ч. ПДВ 20 % - 363 713,40 грн.
Коригування твердої ціни відбувається лише у випадках передбачених законодавством що регулює сферу державних закупівель, Постанови КМУ від 01.08.2005р. №668 та Правил визначення вартості будівництва ДСТУ Б.Д.1.1-1:2013, прийнятих наказом Міністерства регіонального розвитку, будівництва та житлово-комунального господарства України від 05 липня 2013 року № 293, чинним законодавством України та цим Договором.

Враховуючи ухвалу Львівської міської ради№1973 від 31.12.2021 р у зв'язку із завершенням робіт згідно з Договором в повному обсязі та уточненням фактичних обсягів робіт , на підставі п 1.ч.4 ст 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Замовник і Підрядник дійшли до згоди про зміну загальної вартості робіт по Договору №07/10 від 09.10.2020 про що вирішили внести відповідні зміни до даного Договору, а саме:
1.1.Внести зміни до розділу 3"Ціна договору" Договору 07/10 від 09. 10. 2020 р та викласти його у наступній редакції:
"3.1.Договірна цін, що на момент укладання Договору становить: 2576516,40 грн.вт.ч. ПДВ 20% 429419,40грн., зменшується на 154177,79 грн. з ПДВ і становить 2 422 338,61 грн. т. ч ПДВ 20% 403723,10,грн."
