На підставі пункту 4 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі - (далі - Закон) “продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару виконання робіт, надання послуг уразі виникнення документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови шо такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю” та з урахуванням надзвичайних, невідворотних та об'єктивних обставин для Замовника, що підтверджені листом Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022. №2024/02.0-7.1 а саме військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану із 05 години 30 хвилин 24.02.2022. відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24.02.2022. № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» (зі змінами) та підпункту 10.1. пункту Х ”Строк дії договору” Договору, Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо постачання товару до 21.11.2022.
