Керуючись ч.7 ст.19 Особливостей та враховуючи зміну середньозваженої ціни на ринку, Сторони вирішили укласти дану додаткову угоду №2 до Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу (далі – Договір) про наступне:
1. Абз.1 П.1 Додатку 2 до Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«Ціна (тариф) 1 кВт*год електричної енергії: 9,2658 грн. з ПДВ, з урахуванням тарифу на послугу з передачі електричної енергії, встановленого постановою НКРЕКП від 19.12.2024 № 2200 та без урахування тарифу на послугу з розподілу електричної енергії..»
2. П.3.5 Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«3.5. Очікуваний загальний обсяг постачання електричної енергії, визначається Сторонами в Договорі та складає: 32072,9079 кВт*год;»
