Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктом 11.1 та підпунктом 8 пункту 12.3. розділу 11 «Інші умови», збільшити суму договору на 146343,98 грн. (сто сорок шість тисяч триста сорок три грн. 98 коп.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, у зв'язку з чим викласти пункт 2.1. розділу 2 «Ціна договору» у наступній редакції: «2.1. Договірна ціна є динамічною, невід'ємною частиною Договору (Додаток 2) та становить 981001,34 грн. (дев'ятсот вісімдесят одна тисяча одна грн. 34 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ- 163500,22 грн. (сто шістдесят три тисячі п'ятсот
гривень 22 коп.)».
Викласти Специфікацію до Договору (Додаток № 1) у новій редакції (додається).
Викласти Договірну ціну (Додаток № 2) у новій редакції (додається).
