абзаци 2-3 пункту 1 додатку 2 до Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«Ціна за одиницю (структура ціни), (грн./кВт•год) – 2 грн. 69483 коп., у т.ч. ПДВ.
Договірна величина споживання електричної енергії – 90473 кВт•год».

У зв’язку з коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку , керуючись пунктами 1-2 частини п'ятої статті 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до договору, а саме: абзаци 2-3 пункту 1 додатку 2 до Договору викласти в новій редакції: «Ціна за одиницю (структура ціни), (грн./кВт•год) – 2 грн. 96404 коп., у т.ч. ПДВ. Договірна величина споживання електричної енергії – 88117 кВт•год».

Note:
Сторони дійшли згоди відповідно до пункту 1 частини п'ятої статті 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" зменшити обсяги закупівлі та внести зміни зміни до Договору, а саме: зменшити ціну договору на 16115 (шістнадцять тисяч сто п'ятнадцять) грн.48 коп. та викласти пункт 5.1. розділу 5 Договору в новій редакції: Загальна вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором становить 212959 (двісті дванадцять тисяч дев'ятсот п'ятдесят дев'ять) грн 52 коп., у т.ч. ПДВ - 35493,25 грн.
Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за цінами, що визначаються відповідно до механізму визначення ціни електричної енергії, згідно з комерційною пропозицією, додатком 2 до цього Договору.
Зменшити обсяги закупівлі та викласти пункт 1 додатку 2 до Договору в наступній редакції: Договірна величина споживання електричної енергії 83902 кВт*год
