Note:
У зв`язку із коливанням ціни сметани ринку Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору та збільшити ціну за одиницю сметани. Постачальник зобов`язується поставити Покупцю продукти харчування (далі - Товар) визначені в асортименті, кількості та за цінами у специфікації (Додаток № 1), що є невід`ємною частиною Додаткової угоди № 2, а Покупець зобов`язується прийняти та оплатити Товар на умовах даного Договору. Ціна Договору становить 13 933, 33 грн., крім того ПДВ - 2 786,67 грн, всього з ПДВ - 16720,00 грн. (шістнадцять тисяч сімсот двадцять грн. 00 коп).
