У зв'язку з реорганізацією Долматівської сільської ради Голопристанського району Херсонської області, Сторони дійшли згоди про заміну Сторони-1 за Договором №260 від 180 грудня 2020 року на Сторону-3.Сторона-1 передає свої права та обов'язки Стороні-3 за договором №260 від 18 грудня 2020 року з моменту підписання Сторонами цієї додаткової угоди. Права і обов'язки за Договором №260 від 18 грудня 2020 року переходить від Сторони-1 до Сторони-3 за згодою Сторони-2.Сторона-3 зобов'язується належним чином виконувати всі взяті на себе зобов'язання за Договором №260від 18 грудня 2020 року. У всьому іншому, що прямо не передбачено цією Додатковою угодою, Сторони керуються положеннями чинного законодавства України. Ця Додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами і є невід'ємною частиною Договору №260 від 18 грудня 2020 року. Ця Додаткова угода складена в трьох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
