Зміна ціни тарифу на послуги транспортування природного газу для внутрішньої точки виходу з газотранспортної системи, згідно Постанови НКРЕКП від 24.12.2019 № 3013. Ціна складає 124,16 без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ (20%).
Зменшення загальної суми Договору №436(20)Б від 17.01.2020 р. на 19830,00 грн., з ПДВ.

У зв'язку зі сприятливими погодними умовами в листопаді 2020 року Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсягу закупівлі на 82731,621 м. куб. природного газу. Суму договору відповідно зменшити на 738821,50 грн.
Загальний обсяг на 2020 рік після укладання Доп угоди 7 складає - 237268,379 м. куб. Загальна сума відповідно - 2118887,30 грн. з ПДВ.

Продовження строку дії Договору до 31 березня 2021 року відповідно до ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" в редакції до 19.04.2020 року. Загальний об'єм постачання природного газу на 2021 рік, визначається окремою додатковою угодою між сторонами та не може перевищувати 20% від суми Договору з урахуванням остаточної суми на кінець 2020 року.
