Керуючись пунктом 12.1 Договору, статтею 651 "Підстави для зміни або розірвання договору" Цивільного кодексу україни, статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, за спільної, вільної та взаємної згоди дійшли згоди наступного:
1. Пункт 5.1 Договору викласти у новій редакції:
Термін виконання робіт до 23.12.2022 року (відповідно до Календарного плану – Додаток 1 до Договору).
2. Додаток № 1 «Календарний план» викласти у новій редакції. Додаток № 1 у новій редакції додається.
3. Сторони засвідчують, що вартість робіт за Договором залишається незмінною та становить 237 517, 66 грн. з ПДВ, в тому числі вартість робіт на 2021 рік становить 0 грн., а вартість робіт на 2022 рік становить 237 517, 66 грн. з ПДВ.
4. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
5. Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та скріплення їхніми печатками.
6. Додаткова угода складена у трьох оригінальних примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу.
