1. Відповідно до ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» погодилися продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю за державні кошти від 11липня 2017 року № 17 ВТ/17 (далі - Договір) на строк, до 31 березня 2018року достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2018 році, в обсязі, що становить 5400 грн. (п’ять тисяч чотириста грн.) і не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, згідно наданих видатки на цю мету затверджених в установленому порядку.
