1. Сторони домовились зменшити ціну Договору на 13 885,00 грн (тринадцять тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят п’ять гривень 00 коп.) з ПДВ та викласти пункт 3.1. Договору у наступній редакції: «3.1. Загальна ціна договору визначається в національній валюті України – гривні та на момент його укладення складає без ПДВ 13 429,17 грн. (Тринадцять тисяч чотириста двадцять дев’ять грн., 17 коп.), крім того ПДВ (20%) 2 685,83 грн (Дві тисячі шістсот вісімдесят п’ять гривень 83 коп.), загальна ціна Договору з ПДВ 16 115,00 грн. (Шістнадцять тисяч сто п'ятнадцять грн., гривень 00 коп.).». 2. Додаткову угоду складено у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному примірнику для кожної Сторони. 3. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
