У зв’язку з неможливістю виконання своїх зобов’язань Постачальником на умовах, передбачених Договором, внаслідок значного зростання ціни на природний газ на ринку, дійшли згоди розірвати з 26.05.2021 р. Договір постачання природного газу № 161/21 від 04.01.2021 року укладений між Постачальником та Споживачем. Зменшити суму Договору на 280 759,68 грн. та викласти пункт 3.6 Договору у наступній редакції: «Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості поставленого газу Споживачеві за даним Договором та становить 279 265,32 грн.»
